Open roles

  • Mum Walk is building Australia's largest peer-led movement for maternal connection - and we’re just getting started. We exist to help solve the motherhood loneliness crisis and make sure no mum walks alone.

We’re looking for a Community & Growth Co-ordinator who will be part cheerleader, part organiser, part operator.

We’re looking for a hands-on, low-ego, highly self-motivated operator to own the systems that will help us scale from 50 to 100+ walks across the country.

This role sits at the heart of Mum Walk. You will be the person helping mums go from “I think I want to start something” to running a thriving local community.

This isn’t a traditional “community manager” role. It’s for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, figure things out as they go, and play a key role in growing Mum Walk across the country.

    About Mum Walk Australia

Mum Walk is a registered charity on a mission to reduce loneliness and improve the mental wellbeing of mums through connection, movement and community care. We run free weekly walks and mum meet-ups across Australia, helping mums find friends, get outside, and feel supported during one of the most vulnerable seasons of life. What started as a small idea has grown into a nationwide movement. In our first year we grew from 0 to 50 walks — and in 2026, we’re aiming for 100 local Mum Walk communities across the country.
